§ 51-25. Meetings, rules and records.

  • The planning commission shall hold at least two regular meetings annually, giving notice of the time and place by publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the city. Notice shall be given not less than 15 days before the meeting. It shall adopt rules for transaction of business and shall keep a record of its resolutions, transactions, findings, and determinations. The planning commission is subject to the Open Meetings Act, 1976 Public Act 267, MCL 15.261 et seq.
