§ 46-51. Malicious destruction of property.

It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to willfully and maliciously destroy or injure the real or personal property of another, or the appurtenances thereof. A complaint for violation of this section may be made by the property owner, his agent, or his lessee or any person with custody and control of such premises or property.
